School

As many of you know and dread school is fast appoaching, and the season for cleaning rooms and sevles is apon us. Many are feeling that first day twinge already. MAny a happy to once again roam the halls with friends at their sides, and others want to try something new.  I am promising to keep everything to gather so that I may get and keep all A's or 100%, and once again I am going to try to keep my room clean. Hope I get into Pre-AP Algabra. If I do that might be my hardest class in eighth grade. If you want you can post your hopes and dreams to this blog too. Good luck on YOUR first day. :)

The Lord of the Rings movies

My dad is probably the biggest fan of the lord of the rings books and movies. Once a year we all cram on to the couch for awhile and watch the first movie, next day we watch the second and then on the third day we finish with the last movie. Now don't think that my family can't stand up to 12 hours of straight lord of the ring  power, we can and have but i don't want to do that again.  The only part of the movie that sticks in you mind is the end when EVERYONE dies. Its almost like harry potter just frodo dies too. And who is the unsung hero who they never talk about but twice, its the eagles, who saves frodo and Sam the eagle who saves gandalf, the eagles. who gets all the thought the stupid MOTH that tells you that they are coming.What's that all about I mean really, the next time you see a moth you think, well here comes the eagles. That is dumb. and frodos laugh, no one laughs like that, but it was made in the a LONG time ago. still its a timeless classic that you will enjoy. ( if you enjoy battles, fighting, little people with hairy feet, and fairy tale adventures).

Savvy

What will you come out with, when you turn out 13. Perfections, storms? For Mississippi Buemount, her family thinks that she is a ticking time bomb. No one what knows will happen. This is a good story about a group of misfits, and how a girl finds her Savvy.

A series of unfortunate events

"'If you are interested in stories wit happy ending, you would be better off reading some-other book. In this book, not only is there no happy ending, there is no happy beginning and very few happy things in the middle.'" Starts an enjoyably ironic book about three siblings Violet, Clause, and Sunny Baudelaire who go to live with their uncle, who isn't really their uncle. They were charming in every stand point.  So how does so many bad things happen to them? Read The Bad Beginning, and the other Series of Unfortunate Events to see if there really is a good ending.

Bad Beginnings

Today I tripped and hurt my foot. Please no condolences or solemn hope you get betters. I do believe that it will be over as quickly as it began. Considering how much i swim.

Cream of potatoes and unused tomatoes

Today I made lunch for my family minus  Roger. I made cream of potato soup. It was according to my mom she happy i did this because she was working all day. It was a good soup that had no vegetables  other than the potatoes.If you want to try to make this yummy creation, here's the recipe: first let three tablespoons of butter melt in a saucepan, then put three tablespoons of flour in, next three fourths of salt join the party, and after that you pour in three cups of milk. While that is simmering down, peel two cups of potatoes, once the sauce is ready add the  potatoes, and let cook until potatoes are finished.
