The Gardener

The book the gardener was written by S.A. Bodeen. This is a book that I read two years ago and reread last May. It is in current U.S.A. and is about a boy, Mason, who suffered a dog attack when he was young. As a result he is now scarred for life, giving off the impression of a hard cruel football player. One day though, when he decides to visit his mom's place of work, a nursing home, he meets this beautiful girl who seems to wake up from her comatose state at a phrase in a video he has. The only part left from his absent father. Once the girl wakes up, it seems like she is scared of a person or thing she calls 'the gardener.' It's in this fright that she gets Mason and his friend to kidnap her. I found this book to be a delightful novel full of action and some small bursts of humor. Life

Okay, so since May has come, I have calmed down a little with my posts, because I don't have to come up with a question for every day. So If you go to my school, you may have realized I got braces. I've had them for about a week and they don't hurt at all like I was afraid they would, I can even eat soft tacos... Well along with that I passed my driver's test. The driving portion so I am now on the road... (beware). I am excited, like all high school students, for the end of the year. I am currently reading the Gardener, and Entwined, which I find to be good books. We had to read the Outsiders in school and I enjoyed that book. I still love manga for free time, though anime is a fast approaching second. I find myself more and more often wanting to jump up and start speaking in Japanese, oh well... if only I could! Got to go! Good bye!

LTC

So this last weekend as everyone knows was Easter, a holiday to give glory to God and get candy from a rabid animal that randomly comes to your house and poops little chocolates and eggs... I never have gotten the joke about the eggs. Well anyway, this last weekend also meant, LTC (or Leadership Training in Christ). So I got to get out of school for half a day to drive up to where it is and have fun answering questions about the book, or Theme we had been studying all year. Last year It was the Life of Moses... Spread across three books! It was confusing! This year though, it's much easier it's Luke, Don't look back... This is gonna be a good year.

PUPPIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday on his way back from a doctors appoinment, my dad saw in a ditch so he pulled over and opened... and in jumped a PUPPY. Now my family loves dogs... and cats... and our last dog weellll, for lack of better word, died. So now Fiona, our new puppy, is going to take her place. My dad wants her to protect the patch, I just wanted a puppy to play with. She's curious about the cats, even after priss tied her one swipe attack, and nacho growled at her...

Hello, again

Sorry about not posting all last week! I didn't have anything interesting to say. Wellllll other than the fact that I CAUGHT A ROTOM, on my Pokemon platinum. SO as everyone knows Answer Me April begins tomorrow, so start thinking up good answers for my crazy questions! Right now in the Manga department I'm working on the Pokemon Adventures, and in the Free time department Lord of the Rings... or LOTR to those hard core fans, and at school I'm reading the Outsider.

My sad, sad problem

So as of late I have been reading not average books but Japanese Manga. Who would know that a person can get so tangled up in imaginary peoples problems!! Currently I'm working on reading through Vampire Knight. Though my 'Gateway drug' so to speak was Rurouni Kenshin! The fastest, most amazingly romantic Meiji Swordsman in the whole world! Even though I've read through all the chapters of it I still keep it around for rereading! Is that sad or what!

The End Is Near

Sorry I've not been able to post much of anything lately. I have been busy with school and all the lovely trials and tribulations that come with it. SO, lately we in the US had the most wonderful time of the year... DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME, don't you just hate it! I don't know or understand why we have it, I mean eventually the day and night will each be twelve hours long... Okay, now we have all the formalities taken care of, let's get down to business. By the end is near I mean the end of school. The winter has been hard but the spring is on it's way in to kick out the winter, who has stuck in the door like the stubborn season it is. Well, any way the End of school is slowly yet surely closing in. Spring break is just around the corner so maybe I will be able to write more. I will definitely try to!
